Last Saturday I was honoured to be asked to be part of the 90th Birthday Celebrations for Norman Wattam in a concert held at Humberston Parish Church where he was organist for so many years. It was a delight and pleasure to be able to play organ as part of the concert for somebody who was my inspiration to begin to play the organ in the first place and of course from whom I took over from as Musical Director of the Grimsby and Cleethorpes Gang Show many years ago!
